With over 10 years of experience having a career in the Hotel/Restaurant industry. Verdia graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College (M.A.T.C) with an Associate in Applied Science in Hotel/Hospitality Management. In addition, Verdia graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management. Soon after, she transitioned into Corporate America during that time, Verdia set her sights on real estate investing. Experience and education have prepared her to meet deadlines, commit to excellence, and pay attention to detail, along with experience and training with skills in Time Management, Business Professionalism, Problem Solving, and Verbal, and Written Communication.
